File: The cost of the file will be unique and may vary depending on the type of assignment (opening, verification, or claim) and on the extra functionalities (with cost) used (Catastrophe consultation or Venal+DGT consultation). In each of them, there will be the possibility of making as many video calls as necessary and with the required number of participants. In addition, within the file, it will be possible to use the verification process together with the video call, opening of claims plus video call, with consultation to Catastro/Venal+DGT or simply each functionality separately.:

What is an opening file?: This type of file includes a functionality to open claims and its format is offline, allowing the insured, through a guide, to take photographs and collect information about the reported claim both in a home and in a car.

What is a verification file?: This type of file includes a verification functionality which is a guided process in which the insured, through images, reports the situation corresponding to that verification both for vehicles and homes.

What is a claim file?: This type of file is focused on making a live or offline (via the app) video call with the involved party.

Catastrophe consultation: Each consultation to Catastro will have an additional cost on the file which will be at least 0.35€. Within the functionality, there will be advanced consultations that will have an additional cost of 0.65€ to 1€. All actions will generate a prior notice that must be confirmed to continue and apply the new additional cost to the file.

Venal+DGT consultation: It will have a minimum cost of 0.35€ and will provide information about the vehicle data and its venal value. It will work in the same way as Catastrophe consultation, generating a prior notice that must be confirmed to continue and apply the new additional cost to the file.

SAAR File: This type of file is linked only to automobiles. It allows the workshop associated with the file the possibility of making its own valuation using GTEstimate. The SAAR tool, following rules previously established by the Connect user, automatically authorizes the vehicle repair. In addition to this functionality, the aforementioned actions can be performed.

Attachments: Within the files, there is the option to add files (PDF, Excel, etc.) with a maximum weight of 20 MB for 30 days after the file is completed, for an additional cost of 0.05€. This cost is per file, so there is no limit to the number of attached documents, and they will also be reflected in the report to facilitate delivery to the company.
